Save the date for the POLIS 2026 Annual General Assembly (AGA), which will be held online on Thursday, 25 June 2026.

All POLIS members are invited to participate, with the Assembly aiming to formally approve the 2025 annual accounts.

According to Belgian law, financial annual accounts must be formally approved by the General Assembly within six months after the end of the financial year, allowing for publication before the end of the seventh month. The online AGA in June aims to address this, ensuring timely approval and compliance. Beyond fulfilling our statutory obligations, this year’s Annual General Assembly will also serve as an opportunity to update members on key developments shaping our work.

The other agenda items we always present and discuss at the in-person General Assembly, i.e. the annual activity report of the past year, the annual work plan and budget for the following year, elections of the President and MC members, and thematic break-out sessions, will as usual be addressed at the General Assembly, which takes place the day before our conference. This year, we will convene in Brussels on 1 December.
