However, not everyone has the digital skills, devices, connectivity, or confidence to benefit from these services, and without inclusive design, digitalisation can reinforce existing transport inequalities and create new barriers for those already at risk of exclusion. 

This webinar explores how cities and regions can bridge the digital divide by designing mobility services that are accessible, user-friendly, and inclusive for everyone. Through practical examples and expert insights, participants will examine strategies to ensure that digital innovation supports equitable access to transport while complementing non-digital alternatives.
