Annual POLIS Conference

The Annual POLIS Conference is Europe’s leading sustainable urban mobility event, providing an opportunity for cities and regions to showcase their transport achievements to a large audience of mobility experts, practitioners, and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors.

Registration fees 2026:

- POLIS Conference (excluding VAT):

Early bird rate (first 100 tickets only): EUR 395
Full rate: EUR 495
POLIS members: free of charge (up to 3 representatives per full member and up to 2 representatives per associated member)
Speakers:
- Non-members: EUR 100 (1 speaker per presentation). Where there are two speakers per presentation, the second speaker must register as a conference delegate.
- POLIS members: free of charge, with a limit of one free attendance per presentation (next to the three free tickets for full members and two free tickets for associate members)
Media: free of charge (copy of press card or proof of the profession must be sent to polis@polisnetwork.eu)
Students (undergraduates only): EUR 95 (copy of student card must be sent to polis@polisnetwork.eu)

- Conference Walking Dinner + After-party on 2 December 2026 (excluding VAT):

Participants: EUR 100
Speakers, chairs: EUR 100
POLIS members: free of charge (up to 3 representatives per full member and up to 2 representatives per associated member)
Media: EUR 100
Students: EUR 100

Registration & Payment:

Following your online registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation of registration. This is a confirmation that your registration has been received, but not that your participation is confirmed.

We will review your registration and will get back to you (please note that it can take several days):

if you are entitled to attend the conference for free, you will receive a confirmation of registration from POLIS;
if you need to pay to attend the conference, you will receive an email from Odoo with your invoice. You will be able to pay either online or via bank transfer. All payments must be made in EUR, and any bank charges must be covered by the paying organisation. You will receive your confirmation of registration only once the payment is confirmed. Please note that entry to the conference venue will not be permitted if the conference fee is unpaid.

If you cancel your registration after 2 November 2026, you will not be refunded.

Registrations will close on 15 November 2026.
