The Call for Speakers for the Annual POLIS Conference 2026 is open!
POLIS is thrilled to present 37 relevant sustainable mobility topics that you can choose from!
Abstracts should highlight the innovative dimension of the presented solution, as well as results achieved, and lessons learned.
Sessions will be delivered in different formats, including workshops with traditional presentations, roundtable discussions, and shorter pitch presentations. Suggestions for other presentation formats are welcome!
Please note that we do not accept full session proposals, only individual presentation proposals.
To ease the internal review process and help us allocate presentations to the right sessions, please choose only one topic that best represents the scope of your abstract.
Be aware that you will not receive a copy of the submitted abstract. We suggest you first work on a local document and then copy your answers into the form.
Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to present at this year's POLIS Conference on 2 & 3 December in Brussels, Belgium.
One speaker per presentation will benefit from a reduced conference fee of EUR 100 (excl. VAT) (conference dinner not included). POLIS members who are speakers participate for free in the Conference (next to the three free tickets for full members and two free tickets for associate members), with a limit of one free attendance per presentation.
The deadline to submit your abstract is Friday 24 April 2026.
