The Annual POLIS Conference 2026 will take place on 2 and 3 December 2026 in Brussels, returning to the city where POLIS is headquartered and where many European mobility conversations begin.

Registration fees 2026:

- POLIS Conference (excluding VAT):

• Early bird rate (first 100 tickets only): EUR 395
• Full rate: EUR 495
• POLIS members: free of charge (up to 3 representatives per full member and up to 2 representatives per associated member)
• Speakers:
  • Non-members: EUR 100 (1 speaker per presentation). Where there are two speakers per presentation, the second speaker must register as a conference delegate.
  • POLIS members: free of charge, with a limit of one free attendance per presentation (next to the three free tickets for full members and two free tickets for associate members)
• Media: free of charge (copy of press card or proof of the profession must be sent to polis@polisnetwork.eu)
• Students (undergraduates only): EUR 95 (copy of student card must be sent to polis@polisnetwork.eu)

- Conference Walking Dinner + After-party on 2 December 2026 (excluding VAT):

• Participants: EUR 100
• Speakers, chairs: EUR 100
• POLIS members: free of charge (up to 3 representatives per full member and up to 2 representatives per associated member)

This year’s programme features 40 parallel sessions and two high-level plenaries on the topics of housing and AI implications with transport, bringing together policy-makers, industry leaders, city and regional representatives, researchers, and mobility experts from across Europe and beyond. Across two days, participants will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge, discover innovative projects, and discuss the latest policy and technological developments shaping the future of sustainable urban mobility.

New for 2026, the Conference will feature eight hosted sessions, organised by leading organisations and EU-funded projects. Taking place on the afternoon of 3 December, these sessions will provide expert insights into some of the most pressing challenges facing cities and regions today, while showcasing practical solutions, pioneering initiatives, and lessons learned from across Europe.
